One more sleep until Jake is here!!

I picked out my bridal portrait...It is seriously amazing!! I loooove it! We are also having a couple 8x10 bridals printed. It was such a nice day on saturday when we were photographing out at Utah Lake but we went into Provo and it was freezing! The pictures were awesome and I had a fun time with my mom and my friend who did my hair.

All the last minute things are coming together. I'm picking up our "love story" video on thursday so I can actually see what it is all about since I won't get time to watch it at the reception!

I probably should be packing up my room and kind of getting ready to move... I'll get to it.

I'm so excited for the big day! I think it will seem more real when Jake is here.

Here's a fun picture we took of my cute, warm boots I'll be wearing under my dress when we come out of the temple for pictures! I wish it showed the fur at the top but I had no idea if I was holding my dress up high enough. There's too many poofy layers under there! Thanks to Heather for helping me finally find some that I really liked!

Whoa.

Wow, only 4 more days. This week seemed sooo far away when we first decided on a date to get married. I almost can't believe that it's finally here!

I'm excited to have my sister and brother-in-law here and for Todd and Jane's family to be here! I can't wait for the Valentine's day party! Jake and I will be there for sure!

One more week!

Exactly a week from today is mine and Jake's wedding day!!!
I am soo excited!! Jake will be home wednesday night!!
I'm taking the outdoor bridals today out on Utah Lake. It's going to be freezing!!
It'll be worth freezing because the pictures are going to be amazing.
I can't wait for the "big day" to finally be here!! :) :)

No more work!

Tonight was my last night working at Doug Smith Autoplex! I'm surprised they let me leave! Doug kept asking me if I was "really going through with this". haha It's nice to know that I did a good job while working there and that people wanted me to stay. It good to be wanted. :)
I'm glad to be done there and to only have 10 sleeps left until the wedding day!! Everything is going smoothly. I'll be taking my outdoor bridals out on Utah Lake on saturday afternoon! It's going to be sooo cold but the pictures are going to look amaaaazing. I'm so excited to see how they all turn out!
Things are so bittersweet right now and I feel like an emotional mess but I think I'm holding together well. I hope! ;) I'm still waiting for all the major stresses to pass. My dad got my mom and I massages for Christmas so I'll be getting a nice massage the wednesday before the wedding. I'll be able to feel relaxed and calm before the big, crazy day.
I had my interview with the stake president on sunday and I have my recommend all signed and ready! I'm so soooo excited to go to the temple!! I have all my temple stuff packed up and ready for the temple!

This year has started out to be quite an interesting one so far..
As you all know, my grandma passed away last month. Now, the prophet that I have known and loved and grown up with has passed away, as well. As my mom and I were watching the funeral service for President Hinckley this morning, we received news that my Grandpa Garner had passed away at 11:30 that morning. What a year already! He'll be having a military funeral service to honor his service in the Navy during WWII. He was one of the soldiers that went into Pearl Harbor to clean up after the strike. I don't think he ever got over his prejudice against the Japanese people. My family and I will be traveling down to Cedar City for his funeral sometime next week and then focusing solely on the wedding the week after. So crazy. I wish I had pictures of him on my computer to post. He was a great grandpa and taught me how to always be a hard worker.
I'm ready for all the stress to be done with. I just hope to be done with funerals and stressful events for a while and be able to enjoy being married!

Thanks to my new Taylor sisters for the fun bridal shower last night! I love hanging out with all of you! I had a good time and the food was amazing! :)
I'm looking forward to many sister's trips with you girls and many more family functions!! I'm so glad to have such great in-laws!
Only 16 more sleeps until the wedding day! Jake will be home in exactly 2 weeks from now! Yippie!!! I'm very excited to have him home and be able to go with him this time when he leaves again! Everyone come visit us in Washington! :)
I have an appointment to meet with the stake president on sunday morning to have him sign my recommend! I'm very excited to finally go through the temple! And very, very excited to be sealed to Jake!!
Remember that everyone is invited to the 11:00 endowment session on the 15th when I receive my endowment! My family and I are planning on eating lunch at PF Chang's afterwards and everybody is invited to that, as well! I hope you all can make it!

Invitations are sent! Thanks to my mom and to Heather for helping me address all the envelopes! We got them all written out so quick and I was able to get them sent out on friday morning! It is such a relief to have those done with and sent out. *sigh*
Next on the list is bridals! I'll be taking pictures in a studio this wednesday or thursday and then more pictures outside at Utah Lake next week! I'm very excited to get those done and to wear my dress!!

Friday, Februrary 15th-
11:00 endowment session-I receive my endowments!
We'll probably be going out to lunch afterwards, too.
Everyone is invited to both of these things that day!
Saturday, February 16th-
11:00 sealing ceremony-arrive 30 minutes early!
2:00 Luncheon at Riverside in Provo
4:30 Be at Thanksgiving Point Garden Room for pictures before the reception
6:30-8:30 Reception!
